1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jg99 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the jg99 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jg99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Transactions via any method outside this list are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically 10–45 minutes

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal request, jg99 confirms that the account is verified and that any applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal funds will be sent via the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on jg99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jg99 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, it will be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, jg99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Multiple accounts claiming bonuses from the same IP address or device will be considered abuse.
• jg99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.

5 Gaming & Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jg99 ensures fair play across all games and betting services. Any attempt by a user to gain an unfair advantage through software vulnerabilities, technical exploits, or any other improper means is a direct breach of these Terms.

5.2 Technical Errors

jg99 is not obligated to compensate for incomplete transactions caused by server errors, disconnections, or software faults, though each case will be assessed fairly. jg99 reserves the right to void any payouts that result from a technical error.

5.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, results are determined based on announcements by the relevant governing authority. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. The final decision on all types of bets rests solely with jg99.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

Collusion, match fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is suspected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

The jg99 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

The final determination of VIP tier and distribution of benefits rests with jg99. The terms of VIP benefits may change, and notice will be published on the platform if they do.

7 Responsible Gaming
